Seledonio "Doni" Duran II, age 45, of Lawton, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020.

Doni was born in Stockton, California on August 23, 1974 to the late Seledonio and Dorothy Margaret (Smith) Duran. He and his twin sister, Dorothy "Dee Dee", were the youngest of eight children. Doni was raised in Stockton with his brothers and sisters and previously lived in Canyon Lake, TX. He relocated to Duncan, Oklahoma in 2004 and has lived in Lawton for the last several years. In 1991, Doni met and later married Julie Johnson (Pittman) whom he shared four children with. Following his divorce, he went on to have two more children. Doni attended Franklin High School in Stockton, CA.  He spent the majority of his adult life working in the landscaping and gardening trades, which he thoroughly enjoyed. In his spare time he enjoyed working on cars, small engine repairs, barbeques with his family and friends, as well as fishing.

Preceded in death by his parents, infant brother Daniel, grandparents and and many Aunts, Uncles and other relatives, Seledonio "Doni" Duran II is survived by six children: Jared Duran and Seldonio "DJ" Duran of Montrose Colorado, Aryonna Duran (Michael Carter) and Zachary Workman of Lawton, OK, Ashley Duran of New York and Trynity Chauncey of Washington. He is also survived by his siblings Lydia Duran, Seferino (Pepe) Duran, Derek Duran and Loraine Moore all of Stockton, twin sister Dorothy (Dee Dee) Sandau and David Duran (Eileen) of Canyon Lake, TX. He is also survived by two beautiful grandsons: Logan Coleman and Allan Carter, of Lawton; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Services will be held and announced at a later date.

The family would like to thank Lawton Police Deptarment, the entire ER staff with Comanche County Memorial Hospital, as well as the entire staff of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service of Lawton, for all of their compassion and guidance throughout the family's grief.
