Kurdeth "Kurt" W. Batt, age 51, of Lawton passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at his residence.
Kurt was most proud of coaching his daughters little league softball team, “The Mighty Bucks”, to the championship victory. He was a builder and Mr. Fix-It. For his daughters sixth birthday, he built them a two-story playhouse. He took great pride in his grilling skills. Kurt loved the family night cookouts and games after everyone was too full to move. He was a hard worker, doing weekend doubles as a CMA and roofing during the week. In his free time, he enjoyed playing video games and washing and shining his car but most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends.
Kurt is survived by his wife Kay Batt of Lawton; one son, Nick Holland of Tulsa; three daughters, Callan Galvez and husband David of Lawton, Corie Meredith and significant other Michael of Lawton and Destiny Holland and significant other Bruce of Tulsa and five grandchildren, Zander, Trent, Abby, Jaxon and Jayda along with numerous other relatives and close friends.
The family will be having a private service at a later date.
