Obituaries

Jo Ann Wilson was born on July 25, 1946 in Norton, Kansas to Von Laree and Nellie Mae (Bridges) Ponder. She died on June 15, 2012 at her home in Meridian, Oklahoma at the age of 65.
Jo Ann was raised and attended school in the Graham/Fox area of Oklahoma. She was a full time homemaker and mother most of her life, and enjoyed fishing, dancing and playing pool in her spare time. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and a brother.
Survivors include a son, Thomas Wilson and wife Elizabeth of Meridian; three daughters, Kerri Wilson in Florida, Lorene Goley in Texas, and Linda Carson in California; eight grandchildren, Shonda, Cole, Matthew, Raechelle, Tristian, Summer, MiKala, Michael, and an additional grandson, Arthur, to be born in September. Other survivors include a brother, Eugene Bailey and his wife Marie in Texas, a sister, Eunice Conway and husband Ernest of Ardmore, and her companion, Don Doss, Jr. of Meridian.
